Pleasant Grove has an active bus ministry serving the Coalfield and Petros area.  If you need a ride to any of our services, we would be glad to pick you up! To get on on our list to be picked up, simply call the church office at (865) 435-6167 and leave a message with your name, address, and telephone number.

Q: What is required to help in the bus ministry?
You must have a valid driver's license, must pass a criminal background check, but most of all, must have a desire to do God's work!  Our 15 passenger vans do not require special licensing to drive them.

Q: What about the church bus?
We do have a 26 passenger bus that does require a CDL class C driver's license with a P ("passenger") endorsement.  If you have your CDL license, or are interested in getting one in order to help drive our larger bus - please see Paul Ledford for more information.  Our bus is utilized for special trips and/or events, your help is needed!
